We are looking for an individual who can be the knowledge basket, information hub and backbone of the Human Resource Management Team for our client. You will be providing administrative support to the HR / HS Manager by producing accurate reports, training resources, PowerPoint presentations and information.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Coordinate meetings hosted by the Manager and team, including preparing the agenda, taking minutes, and preparing relevant materials.
- Follow Safe Operating Procedures and ensure safe work practices are followed.
- Maintain a positive and purposeful attitude towards health, safety, and the environment.
- Maintain and use required PPE.
