The key focus of this role is to support strategic initiatives, with a focus on professionalism, sustainable business growth while delivering value to the people side of the business. This is a key role within the business influencing developing and engaging people, fostering a high-performing team culture and enhancing the employer brand industry wide. Within this role you will provide hands-on HR/ER support across the company, ensuring consistency and alignment across both Australia and NZ businesses.

Key areas of accountability include;
- Delivery of sound HR/ER solutions across the business
- Staff onboarding, training and development
- Recruitment and selection support
- HR administrative duties including record keeping and project coordination
- Payroll administration and cover when necessary for payroll administrator

With a relevant tertiary qualification and experience within a similar role, you’ll have proven experience and working knowledge of NZ employment legislation, employment relations and HR operations, systems and procedures, adopting a ‘best practise’ approach.
