We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Engagement and Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Lead. In this unique role you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Fundraise through digital and direct marketing channels
- Drive financial growth year on year through donor acquisition, retention and effective engagement
- Focus on the full donor journey and life-cycle, working across teams to integrate our offerings as a charity.

**Ko wai koe | About you**:
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for some who brings:

- Minimum 5 years in a digital and campaign marketing role, with some experience in fundraising or charities being advantageous.
- Experience in project management, planning, implementing, and evaluating projects through a direct marketing approach.
- Strong abilities in digital analytics and direct marketing campaign metrics.
