**Digital Marketing Specialist**

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created role that will report into the Vice President in the US but based in our Auckland branch (soon to be East Tamaki). You will play a crucial role in taking our digital marketing activity to the next level.

**More about this role**

Your primary objective will be to lead the planning and execution of digital acquisition and retention programmes for KANDO Innovation & the Guardian Bandsaw product range. We are looking for an analytical, exceptionally organised, and proactive individual who has a creative and innovative mind when it comes to digital marketing.

Your role Includes [but not limited to]:

- Developing an annual digital marketing plan and content
- Establishing and owning customer journey maps for key customer persona and creating content and digital campaign automations.
- Developing, implementing, managing and monitoring an annual calendar of digital marketing campaigns
- Working with external partners to monitor and analyse website traffic, ad campaign results, and utilizing lead scoring methodologies (preferably using Hubspot)
- Owning the end-to-end online customer experience (inclusive of content updates across all channels) and seeking out every opportunity to improve the engagement and effectiveness of our online content and campaigns.
- Updating website and social media content

**Who are you?**
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B
- An experienced user of marketing CRM platforms such as Hubspot
- Proven ability to manage external agencies and contractors
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
