**Junior Digital Designer Role**:
As a Junior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of visual assets across digital platforms, with particular focus on social media advertising. You’ll work with the support of the wider social team to interpret ad briefs and deliver polished design outputs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Ad Design -**your main responsibility will be supporting the social team in creating ads for our various clients across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You will be given creative direction in the form of ad briefs, and work with existing brand guidelines and assets. Understanding of core graphic design principles are essential.

**Template Creation -**your secondary responsibility will be to support the generation of a template ad library for the wider social team to utilise. This will involve learning more about social platform best practices, being on top of platform trends, and supporting the generation of new creative layout ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Confident using Figma as a core design tool
- Strong understanding graphic design principles
- Ability to interpret briefs and work within brand guidelines
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
- Currently studying or recently completed a design-related degree
- Able to collaborate effectively with the wider team to execute work
