About the role:
The Digital Marketing Lead is a newly created role, responsible for operating the digital marketing tools including configuration, marketing data strategy and optimisation campaign effectiveness to drive business outcomes.
You will have a key eye for detail and be able to work with both internal and external stakeholders on key projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Building and managing marketing automation workflows: Creating automated sequences of marketing actions based on customer behaviour and data.
- Working with the Technology team to integrate new data sources by providing data integration requirements and segmentation to create detailed customer profiles and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Support campaign creation and execution: Building
- and launching automated email campaigns and other marketing initiatives across various channels.
- Develop and coordinate marketing testing and optimisation plans to improve engagement and conversion.
- Implement best practices for lead management, attribution, and lifecycle tracking within the CRM environment.
- Where required this role will be a key contributor and stream lead to relevant projects within the business including CRM/Automation.
- Responsibility of ongoing management of the MA platform.
About you:
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
Experience Required
Proven experience in marketing automation (eg exposure to Marketo, HubSpot, Braze).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Strong understanding of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing data flows.
Experience managing end-to-end marketing automation migrations with minimal disruption to ongoing campaigns.
Desirable:
Financial Services or adjacent services experience.
Prior experience in 'Direct to Consumer' business models with a strong digital focus
