Join our dynamic HR Consulting Team, where no two days are the same As part of a well-established HR and H&S consultancy within a leading professional services firm, you’ll deliver tailored HR advisory services to a wide range of clients across New Zealand.

In this client-facing role, you’ll build strong relationships and provide expert support across the full employee lifecycle - from HR strategy and leadership coaching to performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.

**We're growing**With an increase in client work across Christchurch and Invercargill, we’re opening this opportunity to HR professionals based in either location. We’re also open to Queenstown as a base, though this would involve regular travel. If you're an experienced HR consultant who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering impactful solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Provide strategic HR services and advice related to all functional HR areas; including remuneration, learning and development, recruitment and employment relations.
- Create and regularly update HR documents and templates to exceed best practice procedures and delight the client.
- Develop individual/team leadership services; including psychometric testing, training workshops, performance development frameworks and processes.
- Continually explore opportunities to improve services offered, offer new services and improve the profitability of the team.

**Let’s talk about you**
- Proven Generalist HR experience at a senior level.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a related discipline, i.e. HR or employment law (preferred).
- Hold very high standards of professionalism and communication, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel to Invercargill on a regular basis
- Understand the demands of external consultancy and project-based work.
- External agency or professional services experience would be advantageous.
