This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with a remuneration range of $71,7692 to $101,321 p.a. (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
**The opportunity**
As a Graduate Modeller, you will become an integral and valued part of our Modelling team in the Strategy and Planning group, where your skills will be utilised across a broad spectrum of projects. The role will see you support three waters hydraulic models (water, stormwater and wastewater) and contribute to the management of three waters asset data.
Surrounded by a variety of modellers and engineers, you will develop invaluable work experience and leadership confidence. You'll quickly become a valued and respected part of the company, administering the three waters' network within the Wellington region.
What really matters is that you are the right person for the role, that you have a passion to make a difference, are keen to broaden your skills, enthusiastic to grow your abundant potential and become a strong modelling professional.
**About you**:
**To be successful in this role you will bring the following**:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering or Science)
- A good understanding of hydrology
- Experience with GIS preferred
- An interest in data and model management
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
