In total, FNZ partners with over 150 financial institutions across Europe, Asia Pacific, South Africa and North America and we employ around 4,000 people worldwide. The role

Experience the very best our global company has to offer, we are currently looking for multiple Graduates to join our talented Delivery Team working across New Zealand.

Our graduate programme:
Our FNZ Graduate programme was named best Graduate Employer in the banking and finance sector in Prosple’s top 100 graduate Employers awards, as well as third best graduate employer across all companies and industries.

During this programme you will:

- Learn how software development works at FNZ, through training in C#,.NET, SQL and other technologies. This will involve hands-on experience, bootcamp attendance and our very own online training environment;
- Discover software testing of FNZ platforms by learning SQL, Confluence and Jira, detecting bugs and writing solutions documentation;
- Participate in business and systems analyst duties as part of the Analyst Testing team;
- Work, meet and learn from international colleagues from all around the world.

About you:
You will be a motivated self-starter, keen to progress your career and build a skillset you can be proud of.
- Have a solid foundation in coding, with personal projects or assignments you’d be proud to show us.
- Have excellent grades in software engineering, computer science or similar qualifications.
- Have a strong interest in FinTech and are willing to continue to explore and learn this industry.
- Have a growth mindset, be resilient and able to cope with change and a very fast paced work environment.
