Chorus is moving from the building phase of our network to operationalising our assets. It's an exciting time ahead.

As a Data and Modelling Analyst, you will be responsible for fundamental analytical tasks, including the creation of diagnostic analytics and predictive models. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Chorus’ overall data and analytics capabilities. The position demands comprehensive ownership of analytical projects, necessitating effective collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meticulously define and present the scope of work.

As part of your role, you will construct data models using SQL and Python, while also creating machine-learning models opportunistically. Additionally, your findings will typically be communicated through Tableau. Your end to end involvement in analysing and providing insights will be nurtured and supported as you grow your skills and knowledge at Chorus.

To excel in this position, you should demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Python. Whether you are a recent graduate or relatively new to the field of Data Analytics, this role offers a valuable opportunity to acquire foundational knowledge and develop expertise, particularly if you aspire to pursue a career in Data Science.
