HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure. We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.

We are looking for a superstar to take on this dynamic and rewarding role, ensuring HEB meets occupational health requirements and drives proactive health and safety initiatives. You will be a key player in supporting managers with workplace injury management, employee health monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the Accredited Employer Programme.

In addition, this role provides essential support to internal users of HEB's digital software systems, ensuring seamless functionality, access management, and accurate, up-to-date information. You will work closely with third-party administrators to facilitate the administration and analysis of injury and health data, manage the subcontractor pre-qualification schedule, and assist the Health and Safety team with administrative tasks.

**About you**

You will have experience in injury claims management, workplace health initiatives, and data analytics for occupational health and safety. You will be proficient in digital health and safety systems and possess project management skills to coordinate and drive continuous improvement in occupational health.

While not essential, experience with the Accident Compensation Act and ACC Accredited Employer Programme would be valuable. Additionally, familiarity with workplace drug and alcohol testing, respiratory protection, and health monitoring programs is beneficial but not required.
