**About Us**:

- Traffic Management Specialist Limited is an emerging company that provides top-notch traffic management services to construction, utility, roading, and infrastructure companies to manage traffic in the busiest city of NZ i.e. Auckland and Some Jobs at various regions, including Taupō, Hauraki District, Auckland, and Northland.
- Our mission is to create safer work zones and ensure the smooth flow of traffic during construction and maintenance activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Office Management**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Maintain accurate records of staff certifications, licenses, and compliance documents (e.g., STMS tickets, driver’s licenses).
- Manage inventory and ordering of traffic management equipment and PPE.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings, and site visits.
- Prepare reports, timesheets, and invoices for payroll and client billing.

**Executive Support**
- Act as a trusted assistant to the Director, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and compliance reports.

**Team & Site Coordination**
- Liaise with Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to ensure job readiness and timely deployment.
- Track job allocations across Auckland, Taupō, Hauraki District, and Northland, ensuring staff availability and transport logistics.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new traffic controllers and STMS personnel.

**Communication & Client Liaison**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, job bookings, and service feedback.
- Maintain professional and diplomatic communication with contractors, councils, and regulatory bodies.

Ensure all correspondence reflects the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum two years of relevant work experience & any tertiary level qualification of minimum NZ level 5
- The ability to work well in a team.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to traffic management guidelines.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if required. Flexibility is crucial as well.
