**About the Role**
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Auckland Commercial team. You will be working alongside a team of dynamic insurance professionals who are passionate about what they do.
You would be responsible for the maintenance and growth of an existing client portfolio and will work alongside our dedicated new business team to help build on our team’s success.

**We will count on you to**:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the risk and insurance solutions that best meets our client’s needs.
- Work alongside our dedicated Business Development team to assist with the development and execution of our new business strategies; and to take an active part in the transition of these client accounts to Marsh.
- Meet and exceed Marsh’s “Client First Principles” to deliver consistent quality service to our clients.
- Assist management with the preparation, implementation and achievement of Auckland Commercial’s business plans and goals.
- Contribute towards the Company’s profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets.
- Attend and participate in industry and client events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
- Actively support and collaborate with colleagues at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the Company.
**What you need to have**:
- Experience in working with a portfolio of commercial and corporate accounts
- Be confident interacting and presenting to clients at senior management level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales acumen and client management skills
- Possess and maintain up to date technical knowledge of multiple commercial and corporate classes of insurance and relevant legislation
- Confidence in using the Microsoft suite of office products
- Be willing to work towards the completion of qualifications in line with new competency requirements for financial advisors
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Travel may be required
