This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small and innovative company in a role where no two days are the same. We are looking for a highly organised individual that shows initiative and motivation in the workplace.

You will work closely with the Directors and staff to carry out various responsibilities including:

- Putting together a variety of property-related contracts and real estate legal agreements
- Client invoicing and receipting
- Ensuring compliance with government policies and procedures including AML
- Management of advertising on Trade Me and our website for our leasing and sales listings
- Managing in house database software
- Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisement and flyers on Canva
- Taking phone calls and greeting clients
- Any other administrative/office assistance that may be required

What you'll bring to the role:

- You are highly organised, motivated and a team player
- Positivity and a can-do attitude
- Natural intuition for addressing business needs and prioritisation
- The confidence to build positive working relationships across a business
- Willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in property and/or commercial law
- You must have great attention to detail
- Personable and approachable
- In their second-fourth year of their studies
- Experience using Microsoft Suite including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook.
- Technology savvy or willing to learn
- Able to work between our operating hours (Monday-Friday) for 10-15 hours a week
- Adaptable and willing to contribute to office culture
