**Client Executive** - Cyber Specialist**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Auckland Cyber team. You will be working alongside a team of dynamic insurance professionals who are passionate about what they do.

You would be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the cyber portfolio and will work alongside our brokers and dedicated new business team to help build on our practice’s success.

**We will count on you to**:
**Client-Facing (Broking & Advice-Led Engagement)**
- Lead Commercial / Mid-Market cyber opportunities, including leading and attending client meetings with colleagues and fielding general queries from brokers in this space
- On large corporate accounts, assist with submission marketing and documentation preparation as lead by Head of Cyber NZ
- Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialties and client servicing teams
- Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service, and solutions for all clients

**Market/Public-Facing**
- Develop business and social relationships with a variety of key cyber and tech market line underwriters through consistent interaction
- Develop business and social relationships with cyber industry professionals (non-insurance) as part of the wider NZ cyber and technology ecosystem
- Lead/participate in external presentations and training related to cyber and technology risk as applicable

**Growth - New and Expanded Business**
- Lead growth of the Commercial/Mid-Market cyber portfolio
- Independently handle initial meetings and calls with new commercial clients or existing commercial clients newly interested in exploring cyber insurance solutions

**What you need to have**:

- Experience in working with a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Be confident interacting and presenting to clients at senior management level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales acumen and client management skills
- Possess and maintain up to date technical knowledge of multiple commercial and corporate classes of insurance and relevant legislation
- Confidence in using the Microsoft suite of office products
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- An interest in cyber risk and developments in technology
