Job Description**
Responsibilities**
This role will assist in executing against specific client support related activities including
- Executing report maintenance, business issue analysis and solution integration
- Provide basic training to clients on NielsenIQ tools and solutions
- Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to databases, software, coding and other key aspects that impact client deliverables
- Liaise with other teams as necessary (e.g. operations, off-shore partners, technology and data science) to solve client business questions and inquiries
- Monitor the progress of inquiries against agreed service levels and escalate any issues to the appropriate team
- Build and maintain relationships with other client support teams to ensure quality and timely service levels are exceeded

**Key role requirements**:
**Essential**
- Good technology skills - intermediate to advanced level
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Good business acumen and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Confident and enthusiastic person who can manage a varied and unpredictable workload with minimum supervision.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required.
- Be able to work in a collaborative way, sharing learnings and best practices
Qualifications**
Education & Experience Requirements**:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in Client /Customer Service and/or Marketing Research/Data related roles
