**Cartology is the Woolworths Groups stand-alone media business. The Cartology business was established with the aim of driving sales of in-store, digital and other media properties, whilst making it easier for suppliers to utilise our full range of media assets to deliver relevant messages to both new and existing customers.

As we continue to grow Cartology within the Woolworths NZ ecosystem, a key role to ensure our success will be our Client Partnerships Executives.
**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our Client Partnerships Executive will support the team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results. You will also work with the sales, operations and insight teams in order to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients. This role will report into the Group Client Partnerships Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sales collateral creation and development, including, presentations, media schedules and meeting preparation
- Manage post campaign reporting for your area of responsibility in conjunction with the Sales Enablement team
- Provide insights through the use of internal data sources to assist Partnership Managers in campaign planning, becoming an expert on ‘Quantium’, including the pulling of relevant reports, analysing data and identifying trends Support the team with Salesforce data input, ensuring all entries are accurate and entered within timelines
**About You | Mōu**
To succeed in this role you should come armed with at least 2-3 years experience in a sales, data analysis or sales support role preferably within the media or FMCG industry.

To be successful in this position, you will
- Be proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Proactive, able to work independently & as part of a team Ability to anticipate both client & sales team needs
