Located in the heart of the CBD, this 207-room premium hotel offers an exceptional location, an exciting Food & Beverage (F&B) concept and meeting facilities. The hotel will showcase the best of Aotearoa’ s Culture through our restaurant, conference rooms, cafe and bar. Inspired by the concepts of sustainability and indulgence, hallmarks of this iconic hotel brand.

As F&B Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge will be unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences; leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests; with refined a la carte lunch, dinner; as well as extraordinary breakfast and banqueting experiences.
- Passion, interest and confidence in wine & spirits. You will be involved in all areas of F&B- (Restaurant, Bar, Café & Conference floor)
- Experience with local market knowledge in the hospitality industry
- A commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
