We are looking for a full-time
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join our
Food & Beverage team
. As a Supervisor, you will focus on coordinating, motivating, and leading our heartwarming team of Food and Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. With at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or strong team leader role within food and beverage, you will bring strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and an eye for detail. You'll inspire the team to take initiative, foster a positive team culture, and create memorable guest experiences, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Ideally, your experience includes working in a 5-star environment.

The Role:
The successful applicant will supervise all aspects of Food and Beverage - you need to be flexible and comfortable to work in any of our Food and Beverage Outlets such as Eight Restaurant, Chandelier Lounge, Our Land, In Room Dining and Club Lounge. 

• Assist in ensuring the smooth running the daily operation
• Ensuring the team maximises on the opportunity to increase guest satisfaction and experience
• Coordinate our team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure they perform at their best
• Work with our kitchen to ensure orders are correct and delivered as such
• Motivate the team through feedback and inspire to grow their knowledge and skills through feedback

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience in a similar role Supervisory or strong team leader role for at least 2 years
• Must have worked within large hotels or operations, or have good knowledge about food and beverage
• Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless service.
• A vibrant personality for creating memorable moments for guests
• A desire to excel in your career, with enthusiasm for learning new service styles and expanding your expertise.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
