TTI is currently seeking a Product Manager - Consumer NZ to join our team in Unit C, 70 Business Parade South, Auckland, 2013. Reporting to the Brad Findlay, your key duties will include:

**Product Management**
- Implement strategic plans for product and innovation development in respective categories
- Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and executing strategic product roadmaps across the business.
- Achieve sales targets and grow both market share and profitability through strategic product lifecycle management
- Act and influence in-line with company values to achieve strategic initiatives and targets.
- To make a gross profit for all products within your portfolio
- To achieve KPI targets
- To grow market share

**Product Delivery / Execution**
- Deliver product roadmaps on time, cost, and critical to quality in-line with strategic plans and priorities, as assigned.
- Support account team & senior product leaders in budget and business planning process.
- Maintain product roadmaps in-line with competitive landscapes
- Support product experience team to deliver content that improves customer experience.
- Align new product development with quality and compliance teams & processes
- Support annual events for both internal and customer requirements.
- Demonstrate an end user focus that aligns with the business strategy.
- Work with engineering to ensure adequate end user testing has been conducted in market conditions prior to launch.
- Engage and implement quality feedback into new products and product lifecycle management.
- Drive quality improvement through active participation in various quality reviews.
- Implement and manage new product to market including:

- Negotiating product
- Coordinating the product through the approvals process (where applicable)
- Calculating wholesale and retail market prices
- Coordinating the product implementation into the business (including communication to sales and merchandising teams)
- New products are delivered to market smoothly, efficiently and on time
- Negotiations are managed in a professional manner
- Prices calculated are accurate
- All communications are timely, informative and professional

**Analyse**
- Discover and leverage user insights that will improve existing products and expose new product and technology opportunities.
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape to guide new product development and range assortment.
- Effectively manage product costing and retail pricing for the portfolio and identify ways to improve costs and drive sales & profitability for TTI.
