**Focus, Scope, & Impact**:
Ensures business results, alignment with OU and “Bottler”. Works closely with the VP Franchise Operations Director; to manage operations across the Pacific Island markets identifying and capturing new opportunities across the franchise. Total Pacific Islands is a 13MUC business managing the relationship with three bottlers and three distributors.
**Responsible for**:
- Achieving business growth (Revenue, OI & Execution) in KO and Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership
- Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the frontline franchise incl. marketing, commercial and financial; Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve BP objectives; leads communication flow and business routines between “Bottler” and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
- In partnership with the “Bottler” in certain territory, manages projects with them and leads the RTM, execution and commercialization of them from concept to launch; establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs
- Regarding new products this position has two main responsibilities: identify market insights, risks and opportunities and communicate them timely and effectively to marketing, commercial strategy and innovation functions to be considered as input for current innovation processes.
- Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
- Lead Governance model between KO and Bottler to ensure NARTD Growth, capture the growth plan and align with OU Strategy.
- Develop people and system capability and ensure a productive relationship with the bottlers at all levels. Build a strong team capable of working with the bottlers effectively to deliver business targets. Develop the capability of team members by effective coaching and on-job-training.
- Develops recommendations to TCCC on Bottling Agreements terms
- Working alongside PACS drives the WWW and RCG strategy and implementation
- Role models the TCCC Values and Behaviours including leading and collaborating in a networked community
**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**
**Experience**
5+ years within the KO System or within the Industry. Desired experience in Bottling, Marketing and Commercial. Recommended experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy Experience and understanding of channel and customer.
**Work Focus**
- Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RTM, POS, Customer, Incentives NARTD vs total portfolio and other commercial initiatives.
- Acts with a high level of autonomy within strategic framework so decision making must be sound and considered.
- Continuous identification of regional marketing and executional opportunities, generating value across the System aligned to the OU strategic priorities
**Communication Focus**
**EXTERNAL**:
- Bottlers: GMs and Managers: Commercials, Marketing and production teams
- Market: Government, Industry Bodies, Customers, Assets and Agencies
- Align, lead governance model and provide solutions to detonate local opportunities.
- Follows a collaborative business process and routines to effectively bring about incremental business results, leveraging system competencies, and guaranteeing efficient capability and resource optimization - Franchise Leadership.
**INTERNAL**:
- Franchise Unit leader, CC&L, Marketing, Finance, Planning, PAC, Strategy, Global Customer teams etc.
- Works closely with the FL team, and all frontline functions including Marketing, CCL & Finance to create synergies and ensure resources.
- Follows a collaborative business process and routines to effectively bring about incremental business results, leveraging system competencies, and guaranteeing efficient capability and resource optimization - Franchise Leadership. Besides protect NARTD growth and size new partnership/ business opportunities.
