A fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to join an organisation that is going through positive transformation and change has arisen.

Reporting into the GM People, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support. A true generalist HR position, this role will support the GM People and wider HR team to put in place processes, systems, and programmes to ensure that best practice HR is adopted. Key programmes of work will also see you focusing on talent development and management capability, as well as building a highly engaged and collaborative workforce.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, who has experience building best practice HR processes and systems, enjoys working within a change and transformation environment and is comfortable operating within a fast-paced dynamic environment. Whilst not essential it would be beneficial for you to have experience gained within FMCG, Supply Chain or Logistics environments.
