The Head of Vertical Capital Delivery is looking for a talented, energetic and experienced Personal Assistant who is adaptable and organised and will keep him one step ahead.

**About the role**:
It goes without saying that your initiative, self-motivation, and energy will see you hit the ground running in this role. With your can-do attitude and your engaging and personable manner, you will no doubt have the ability to connect and collaborate with a wide range of people.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Be the right-hand person to the Head of Unit, providing top-notch PA support to keep things running like clockwork.
- Masterfully manage the Head of Unit's schedule, making sure they're always at the right place at the right time.
- Attend meetings and undertake minute taking functions including preparation and maintenance of documents, reports and presentations.
- Take charge of important document preparation and secretarial duties, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Communication - you are the gatekeeper and need to be screening and prioritising communications.
- Build effective and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the go-to guru for the team and be on the ready to assist the team with tasks as they arise.

**About you**:
You'll naturally be able to effectively anticipate the needs of your manager, have the ability to balance conflicting priorities and provide innovative solutions, all at the same time as ensuring our key partners, stakeholders and internal customers receive the best possible service.

- You will be kept busy with tasks such as diary management, taking minutes/actions at meetings and actively managing a busy inbox.
- 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant and/or business administration within a large organisation with at least 3 years providing support to a Senior Manager
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time.
- Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential/ sensitive work.
- Experience in managing senior executive internal relationships in both formal and informal contexts.
