Personal Assistant to Head of People

Our Head of People and Culture and our Head of Business Support and Continuous Improvement are looking for a Personal Assistant who can turn the chaos into order and keep our leaders on the pulse of their units. Your days will be a blend of thrilling challenges, creative problem-solving, and the satisfaction of knowing that you're making a real difference.
**About the role**:
It goes without saying that as a PA you'll need to be adaptable and organised to keep one step ahead and ensure that the workflow is well managed. The tasks you'll be undertaking include:
- Proactive diary management and support by aligning scheduling with priorities.
- Informing on priority issues, researching and preparing background information as appropriate.
- Attend meetings and undertake minute taking function on behalf of Manager or meeting chairperson.
- Build relationship of trust and respect with the Key Stakeholders.
- Dealing with sensitive and confidential information, such as employee records, strategic plans, and organisational changes.
**About you**:
You are someone who can work independently and with initiative, seeking out what needs to be done before you've been asked to do it. You'll be able to jump in and out of tasks as priority demands, work under pressure, and you won't shy away from challenging work. To be successful your experience will include:
- 6 years' experience as a Personal Assistant within a large organisation with at least 3 years providing support to a Senior Manager
- Very high level accuracy in spelling and grammar
- In-depth knowledge of administrative systems and procedures
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing senior executive internal relationships in both formal and informal contexts
