**Job Description**:
We have a number of key roles working across the Group covering different parts of the Supply Chain, including Distribution & Fulfilment Network Optimisation, Transport and Last mile delivery. We are looking for high performing, analytical specialists with extensive knowledge in their field, to join our Integrated Supply Chain Chapter (team)., you’ll work with a passionate and experienced team to provide best-in-class support to our dynamic and complex retail matrix.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, using your expertise and critical thinking skills, you will work in a fast-paced environment with lots of scope, and within cross-functional teams to work collaboratively to deliver key outcomes. Using your skill set to its fullest, you will carry out actions independently and with others within the teams remit that fast-track delivery and minimise or remove obstacles.

You will be responsible for providing and driving process improvements and new design initiative implementation across the Supply Chain. The work will contribute towards improving processes, providing dynamic data and key analysis to help our internal users make better, and more informed decisions. Your day could include anything from Project Management of critical workstreams, designing our Distribution Network of the Future, to analysis and improvement of key facets of the supply chain activities throughout the end-to-end fulfilment process.

This is an opportunity to use the skills you have to provide business wide improvements and ensure we reliably get products from our suppliers to our customers in-store or at home. You will work on optimising parts of this process to enhance the customer experience and deliver value for the business across all brands.

**Qualifications**:
With an analytical mind, you are passionate about diving into process and uncovering insights and improvements through experience and sound analysis, understanding pain points, and contributing towards building solutions. We will rely on your ability to leverage data from multiple sources to uncover the full picture and make recommendations for improvement. Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top-notch, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.

We are looking for someone ideally with:

- 5+ years of related Supply Chain experience
- Strong capabilities in Transport & Logistics, Retail Operations, Inventory Optimisation and Distribution methods.
- Expert analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Project management experience
- Business process improvement
- Highly resilient and adaptable working in our fast-paced dynamic environment

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a large retail business.
- Communication of complex data to internal stakeholders
- Change management experience
- Industry knowledge across multiple areas of Supply Chain operations
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, HCD)
