Job Description
This is a dynamic role designed to strengthen our fulfilment capability—ensuring products flow efficiently from our Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or stores to our customers.
As a Fulfilment Network Specialist, you’ll be responsible for optimising customer order fulfilment through critical thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with our buying, planning, logistics, and store operations teams to enhance our supply chain processes and improve the customer experience—making sure our operations are efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Optimise stock flow from FCs to customers through data insights and system/process improvements
- Collaborate across functions to deliver key supply chain initiatives
- Enhance fulfilment processes to ensure efficient distribution and service
- Use data to identify opportunities that create business value and improve customer outcomes
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a strong passion for online and supply chain, a customer-centric mindset, and the hunger to learn and grow.
- Passion for online retail and supply chain
- Analytical way of thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong focus on cost-to-serve and creating value for customers
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity to challenge the status quo
