**Job Description**:
We are recruiting for critical roles working across the Group on a wide range of areas to optimise what we do now and find new ways to deliver improvement for the future. With expertise in core Supply Chain functions, these roles are specifically looking for people with a proven track record in Distribution & Fulfilment Network Optimisation, driving change through innovation and sound commercial acumen, future proofing our Supply Chain for years to come.

We are looking for high performing Supply Chain Specialists to join our Integrated Supply Chain Chapter (team), you’ll work with a passionate and experienced team to provide best-in-class support for our dynamic and complex retail and online matrix. Using your expertise and critical thinking skills, you will sit within cross-functional teams working collaboratively and independently to deliver key improvements that fast-track short term delivery and long-term sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for providing insights through using critical thinking, data analysis and develop insights to drive process improvements and design the implementation of new initiatives across the Supply Chain. Your day could include anything from Project Management of critical workstreams, supporting the design our Distribution Network of the Future, or data analysis and process improvements of key facets of supply chain activities throughout the end-to-end fulfilment process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference by using the skills that you have, to provide business wide improvements and ensure we reliably and sustainably get products from our suppliers through our supply chain to our customers in-store or at home, both now and in the future. You will work on optimising this process to enhance the customer experience and deliver value for the business across all brands.

**Qualifications**:
With an analytical mind, you are passionate about diving into process and uncovering insights and improvements through experience and sound analysis, understanding pain points, and contributing towards building solutions. We will rely on your ability to leverage data from multiple sources to uncover the full picture and make recommendations for improvement. Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top-notch, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.

We are looking for someone ideally with:

- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
- Strong capabilities in Distribution and Fulfilment Optimisation, Retail Operations and Inventory Management
- Expert analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Project management experience
- Business process improvement
- Highly resilient and adaptable working in our fast-paced dynamic environment

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a large retail business.
- Communication of complex data to internal stakeholders
- Change management experience
- Industry knowledge across multiple areas of Supply Chain operations
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, HCD)
