Due to business growth, we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented team members to join our Supply Chain Team which are the new create roles


Position 1: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Mangere & Farm Site (2 days/week on-farm site)

Type: Full-time (5.5 working days, Monday to Friday, half day on Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock quality and ensure product freshness.
  • Track inventory movements and maintain accurate SOH data.
  • Manage stock allocation, including short stock and surplus stock handling.
  • Coordinate key account supply requirements and provide proactive customer support.
  • Prepare weekly price and deal lists; coordinate with related teams.
  • Develop and communicate farm harvesting plans.
  • Maintain farm production records and conduct regular farm visits.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, farm, and sales teams for smooth operations.
  • Support new product setup, price and invoice cross-checks.
  • Provide daily packing plans and handle supply chain issues efficiently.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Has prior experience in FMCG, logistics, or supply chain coordination (preferred).
  • Can work across office and farm environments.

Position 2: Supply Chain Assistant

Location: Mangere & Farm Site (2 days/week on-farm site)

Type: Full-time (5.5 working days, Monday to Friday, half day on Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Support order tracking, pricing updates, and communication with buyers.
  • Assist in developing farm harvesting plans and maintaining farm production data.
  • Support farm visits and warehouse operations (quality checks, packing plans, receivals).
  • Track inventory and assist in stock reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in handling urgent order or supply issues.

  • Is highly organized and reliable with a good eye for detail.
  • Enjoys teamwork and learning about supply chain operations.
  • Has basic Excel and data entry skills.
  • Is keen to grow into a coordinator-level role in the future.
