**YOUR ROLE**

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to look after managing and optimising supply chain management and creating value added relationships with all stakeholders through effective business management tools to help Obex reach its business goals and provide the best service to its customers.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage all aspects of the company inventory management system in a cost-effective and customer focused manner ensuring that stock turn KPIs and DIFOT achieved.
- Supply Chain enhancement within best practice guidelines.
- Develop and maintain company supply chain strategy to maximise returns.
- Lead and inspire team members to facilitate achievement of their accountabilities and professional development.

**ABOUT YOU**

Skills and experiences deemed essential for the role:

- A tertiary supply chain qualification
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Knowledge of and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Extensive healthcare supply chain and procurement experience - national and multi-national
- A thorough understanding of the public and private healthcare market in New Zealand
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Current New Zealand Driver License and own car
