TTI is currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in 274 Church Street, Onehunga, Auckland 1061. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager Milwaukee, your key duties will include:
**Supply Chain Engagement Coordinator**

**About the opportunity**

This position will be responsible for supporting the supply of inventory to meet the sales demand/forecast at the greatest possible cost-efficiency to the business. In addition, you will monitor the shipping and import processes to highlight risk and opportunities to the respective stakeholders.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a **Supply Chain Engagement Coordinator **to** **support the NZ business. This role reports to the Supply Chain Planning manager based in Australia and will work closely with the Australia and New Zealand teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This is a fast-paced role in supporting the end-to-end planning. Partnering with Product, Sales and Marketing teams, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collect quantitative and qualitative information across the New Zealand team to support the demand planning process
- Effectively collaborate across the business to bring new or promotional products to market
- Control inventory levels across the portfolio to ensure demand forecast is met and excess stock is minimised.
- Serve as the focal point of contact to receive and communicate relevant information of stock availability, shortages, or delays to sales and product teams and provide supply issue alternatives
- Prepare forecast bias summary and highlight risks and opportunities
- Monitor and action on new stores opening
- Monitor and action on local promotional activity
- Review and action on legacy open orders

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Planning, Buying, (Retail/Wholesale), or purchasing.
- Experience in supply planning operations
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with ERP systems.
- Exposure to S&OP/IBP environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills
