We are looking for a Principal People Partner to work alongside senior leaders and our People Capability team to drive initiatives that not only support our organisational strategy but embed our culture, values, and commitment to wellbeing throughout every layer of our workforce.

**About the Role**

You will:

- Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice tailored to business needs.
- Operate as a key interface between the People and Capability group and the wider business, to implement our people strategy, plans, frameworks and interventions.
- Work with leaders to deliver and embed innovative people-centred initiatives Collaborate across the People Capability group to ensure a seamless, end-to-end people experience across HR, OD, recruitment, HSW, and employment relations.
- Coach and develop colleagues in the People Partnering and AskHR teams to continue to grow our internal capability.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, processes and initiatives that are people-focused, forward-thinking and aligned to organisational goals.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders to ensure solutions are informed, relevant and operationally effective.
- Leverage data and insights to shape people strategies

**About You**

You will bring:

- Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic people outcomes.
- Extensive experience in providing both strategic and operational HR advice to people leaders, including employment relations and workforce planning.
- Advanced analytical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to distil complexity into impactful action
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
- A continuous mindset and experience collaborating with peers across and HR function in the delivery of key people initiatives
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of lifting capability in others
- Proven project leadership of large-scale, people-focused initiatives
