Manager - Change Enablement

Te tūranga - The role The Transformation, Innovation, People and Culture group are looking for an experienced manager to lead our centralised Change Enablement function. This is a new position within our Transformation and Innovation Directorate and is responsible for uplifting the maturity in our change practice and within the organisation, supporting change to land well with our people and stakeholders and ultimately improving the change experience. This integrated service works closely with our business leaders, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO0 and transformation team to ensure our change interventions are successful enterprise-wide, change is well accepted, initiatives are integrated and long-term benefits are realised. We are looking for someone to lead and uplift the Enterprise Changer Management Practice, provide expertise and support to ELT and senior leaders and be accountable for the development for a high-quality change management discipline. Ō pūkenga - About you To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience and results in leading enterprise change.
- Proven ability to lead Change Management teams and demonstrated track record in embedding change methodologies and disciplines in a similar organisation.
- Experience in leading contemporary workforce planning and the ability to execute against project management frameworks.
- Highly developed senior stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated credibility and mana in your sphere of expertise.
- Proven, demonstrated people leadership and development and a track record of achieving high performance through others.
