**About the role | Mo te mahi**

Were looking for an experienced Change Manager to help shape, lead and deliver change initiatives that enable our people and organisation to succeed. Reporting to our Manager of Portfolio Planning and Change, youll assess the scale and impact of change, design fit-for-purpose strategies, and work collaboratively to embed sustainable transformation across projects and continuous improvement workstreams.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Lead the design and delivery of effective change management strategies and plans.
- Assess change impacts and readiness across stakeholders and business units.
- Collaborate with project, communications, and learning teams to integrate change activities.
- Monitor adoption, uptake and benefits realisation of key initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships and provide expert change advice across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Proven experience delivering successful organisational and business change.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, frameworks and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Confidence in leading workshops and communicating complex change clearly.
- Adaptability, problem-solving capability, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
