About us
Our Change Delivery team enable sustainable change across the organisation through a coordinated portfolio of projects and programmes.
About the role
The role of our Change Manager is to proactively prepare the business for the impact of the changes being delivered by programmes, projects, and business improvement initiatives. The change portfolio includes initiatives that may be NZSIS specific, NZ Intelligence Community wide, or multi-agency.

**About you**:
You will have substantial (5+) years relevant change management experience of organisational change or transformational programmes or projects, along with experience in an agile environment in order to be successful.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse leaders
- Comfortable with ambiguity, can adapt to the unexpected and unique environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- An ability to work collaboratively as a member of a high performing team
- Knowledge and experience of government's Better Business Case approach.
- Knowledge of operating model change.
