**What you’ll be doing**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Records Quality Improvement Manager to join our team.

Bringing rich and deep data integrity management skills, you’ll work with a dedicated and engaged team to improve the data quality across our Chorus Infrastructure records systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the group’s current and future, strategic and operational Data Integrity direction; assessing the new network technologies to ensure that our processes are considered best-practice and will support the safe and adequate updating of our records.

As our Records Quality Improvement Manager, some of the ways you will contribute will be:

- Review and set quality standards for records
- Proactively administering quality assurance processes to ensure that Infrastructure records meet quality target levels set by Chorus;
- Undertake process, data and record improvement initiatives identified by the cost/business benefit priority based improvement plans;
- Develop and maintain a QA business plan that focuses on improving the quality of Infrastructure records;
- Undertake liaison with contract managers and Service Companies to identify and implement mechanisms to improve the quality of Infrastructure records.
- Assist in the development of a culture whereby every part of Chorus and their suppliers manage the records to an agreed standard
- Assist and manage the migration to FMO systems that ensures Infrastructure records quality to world class and best practice
- Lead on Data Integrity

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- At least 5 years of experience Data Integrity Management and related inventory systems management.
- Excellent understanding of Telecommunications networks topology.
- Understanding of GIS systems.
- Proven expertise in Relationship Management
- Positive energy, confidence and a commitment to deliver
- Able to work well under pressure and in a complex business to business relationship
