An exciting opportunity exists for an **Import / Export Coordinator** to join our team and work out of our **Mangere NZ Facility.**

NGS -CFS sites are strategically positioned with close proximity to all major ports. These locations ensure that our operations have dynamic and efficient access to wharf terminals.

**About the Role**:

- Front counter processing responsibilities in relation to export receivals and import releases and dealing with LCL carrier drivers.
- Manifest reporting for unpacks
- Import manifest and sub-manifests (retrieval and updating into Freight System)
- Keying outturn reports into CargoWise
- Damaged goods recording and reporting
- Preparation of daily ops reporting
- Organising DPI inspections for the department for set onsite inspection bookings documentation and handling clearance paperwork
- Preparation of export documents
- Coordination of export packs
- Knowledge and understanding of various holds / Clearances for underbond cargo.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- FAK / CFS or industry knowledge of Import / Export operations.
- Customs / or DPI knowledge
- Freight Depot operations co-ordination of Import, Export cargo receivables and releases.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Power Point and Excel spreadsheet.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and individually
