Walter & Wild is a New Zealand Food Manufacturing company with a substantial portfolio of iconic brands including Hubbards, Movenpick (NZ and AU), Killinchy Gold, NZ Natural, Zilch and Chateau; I Love Food Co., Aunt Betty’s, Hansells, Vitafresh, Greggs, and Alfa One.

We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Production Inventory and Materials Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role will be accountable for managing production inventory, ensuring inventory level are accurate and is kept in a cost-effective manner.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with consumption for all the production lines including ingredients, packaging, and labour.
- Working closely with Shift Manager & Production team to solve problems with incorrect paperwork as required.
- Coordinating and assisting in controlling inventory. Includes coordinating production cycle counts and reviewing causes of inventory variances within production.
- To reconcile stock variations, create journals, and obtain approvals for SOH corrections.
- Assisting the Production team where necessary and executing certain processes as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- Experience as a System Administrator, or a similar role, preferably in a complex manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as AX, D365, SAP
- Intuitive with a variety of systems & databases.
- Excellent problem-solving capability & knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand system interactions & implications of updates to fields & information.
