**Job Description**:
We are searching for a high performing individual to join our team as FCL & DTS Transport Coordinator. This is a unique role where you will be responsible for the dispatching of our DTS (Direct to Store) LCL/Air Freight product and ensure the timely delivery of customer cargo. You will also support our FCL Coordinator with bookings of local container movements and provide ongoing customer service by liaising with internal and external customers, carriers, and suppliers; ensuring the physical movement of cargo is delivered to required expectations.

As the FCL & DTS Transport Coordinator, you will:

- Provide ongoing Customer service by liaising with Customers, various Toll Internal departments and monitor booked shipments to meet specific customer delivery requirements.
- Timely, clear and accurate supply of delivery instructions ensuring the physical movement of cargo is delivered to required expectations and troubleshooting when/if issues arise.
- Manage communications of additional delivery, storage, handling charges to key stake holders promptly to ensure accurate recovery/investigation.
- Manage WIP, Profit and loss reporting and liaise internally when required.
- Manage costings and accruals for booked jobs and ensure jobs are invoiced where required.
- Responsible for monitoring deliveries against our expected performance and proactively addressing any service deviations.
- Strong emphasis on cost control and financial accuracy
- Be able to articulate clearly and concisely to customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Monitoring and reconciliation of Driver Deliveries vs POD’s to ensure correct delivery in full on time.
- Book and assist with the FCL deliveries for our customers
- Assist with FCL Devan’s at TGF for LCL delivery to clients (as required)

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Preferably over 12 months experience in freight forwarding, transport and logistics industries or importer / exporting business.
- Previous Cargowise or similar freight forwarding system experience highly beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a natural team player.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Proactive/takes initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator and be able to relate to a diverse range of people.
- Motivated to provide the best service always
