We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage export and domestic orders while providing outstanding customer support and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to our customers and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders (via EDI, E-Mail, website) before scheduled cut-off times.
- Communicate stock discrepancies, out-of-stock items, and delivery delays.
- Ensure accurate export documentation and timely communication with customers, consolidators, and internal teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media, maintaining professionalism.
- Manage consumer feedback and ensure timely responses to all inboxes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide monthly reports on consumer feedback and KPIs.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in order processing or customer service, preferably in an export environment.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and customs processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
