If you have FMCG and export documentation experience, systems and processing is your forte, and you want to do it all for great products and a market leader then this job will appeal to you. We are looking for a smart and responsible person to process and dispatch export shipments. **Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**: - Completing export documentation - Coordinating import/export permits and export certificates - Working closely with nominated freight forwarding partners - Monitoring production schedules and releases of finished product to be exported - Communicating relevant information regarding shipments, outstanding permits or issues to key stakeholders - Providing support to our International Market Managers along with maintaining our customer database **We would love to hear from you if you have**: - A practical approach - always thinking ahead, prioritising quickly, and eliminating roadblocks - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Customer service experience in an NZ exporting/shipping environment would be preferable - Experience in the FMCG industry, and with Navision or other MRP software would be advantageous **What can you expect in return?** - Competitive salary - Flexible working arrangements and work-life harmony - Great discounts on our products - Access to discounted health insurance - Subsidised onsite cafe - A day off on your birthday - Wellness initiatives - Access to naturopathic advice from our in-house experts - A fun and supportive work environment and the list goes on If you’re a great team player with common sense, and are keen to join an industry you have a personal passion for, this could be the opportunity for you. **Why is this the next great opportunity for you?** Vitaco is an energising place to work, full of passionate people.
