**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Customs Broker to join our Global Forwarding division based in Mangere, Auckland.

This position offers an opportunity to an experienced individual who is passionate about customer service.

**As a Customs Broker, you will**:

- Ensuring compliance, accuracy and productivity when completing all import and export clearance regulation requirements
- Customs Valuation
- Lodgement
- Proactive and reactive problem solving to promote customer satisfaction
- Ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods
- Classification of import and export products

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- NZ Customs and MPI knowledge (NZ Customs PIN is mandatory)
- Client focused with strong service ethic and skills
- Possess knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, markets and regulations
- Analytical skills
- Methodical, planned and organised with high attention to detail
- Results oriented/outcome focused and resilient
- Commercially focused
- Great interpersonal/communication skills
