**Job Description**:
Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for managing ocean freight operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a comprehensive understanding of international shipping? If so, we want you to join our team as a **Senior Ocean Freight Coordinator** at Toll Group Global Forwarding.

Based in Auckland, this role will join our fantastic ocean freight team, and focus primarily on the exports for one large ocean freight customer. If you're well organised, and have great communication skills, this role is for you. As the Senior Ocean Freight Coordinator, you will:

- Ensure bookings are made in line with customer forecasts and allocations
- Liaise with service providers as required to ensure services, schedules and updated rate information
- Complete file management requirements accounting ensuring accuracy of billing and accrual / cost management
- Ensure all customer supplied documentation is correct - Ships Letter of Instruction (SLI), Commercial Invoice, packing list, licences, and other associated paperwork
- Track shipments until Incoterm has been met, or to a minimum of arrival at destination.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous industry experience within freight forwarding or shipping lines, as well as working knowledge of ocean freight and exporting.
- Strong computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CW1.
- Experience dealing with customers and internal stakeholders, with a strong customer focus and service ethic.
- Problem solving skills and strong focus on continuous improvement (Toll Way Value).
