Our Engagement Advisors are key to putting the community at the heart of our decision-making. From preparing easy-to-understand information for residents, identifying key audiences and meeting with stakeholders and community groups, to analysing submissions and feedback and writing reports for our elected members, our Engagement Advisors do it all. The variety of the role means you will develop relationships both within Council and with our communities to ensure consultation is meaningful and decision making is transparent.

Your understanding of Local Government processes will set you up in this role and you'll have the confidence to represent Council throughout decision making. Put your engagement and consultation experience to good use and join a team that works on complex and diverse engagement projects every day. The power of sharing ideas, successes and challenges with a team of like-minded, talented professionals is not an opportunity that comes along regularly.
