Our Engagement Advisors are right in the mix of the rejuvenating journey our city is on, from managing relationships with residents, key stakeholders and community groups to analysing submissions and feedback. As the Senior Engagement Advisor, you will lead the development, planning and delivery of large-scale engagement and consultation projects, as well as providing advice and direction to the Engagement Advisors on their projects.

The variety this role offers you is a rarity in this profession. You will ensure the communities' views are considered in shaping a project and when decisions are made. Use your energy and enthusiasm to drive innovation in how we connect our communities to decisions made by the Council that affect them.

Your understanding of the Local Government Act will set you up in this role and you will have the confidence to get amongst the action. Put your substantial engagement and consultation experience to good use in a team that works on complex and diverse engagement projects every day. The power of sharing ideas, successes and challenges with a team of likeminded, talented professionals is not an opportunity that comes along regularly.
