Digital & Engagement Advisor

**What will you do?**

This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join our Christchurch based team to lead people engagement activity and key events that support Ryman at a Group level. You will also play a lead role in elevating Ryman's corporate brand through smart social media and channels engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing support across a range of internal and external communications initiatives that support the Group and deliver on our communications strategy
- Leading the coordination and implementation of key Group events and people engagement activities that provide opportunities for team members to engage positively with our culture
- Supporting digital and social engagement for the business at a Group level

- You'll likely have a communications and events background and experience working in a similar in-house role or with a communications agency
