**About the role -**Mō**te**tūranga**

This is more than just a customer service job — it’s your entry into the dynamic world of freight and logistics. You’ll gain hands-on experience with our operations, systems, and customer base, making this the perfect launchpad for future roles in areas such as sales, claims and operations.

Key duties include:

- Proactively look for ways to make things easier for our customers
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Deliver great outcomes
- Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver excellent results by achieving clear KPI targets

To succeed in this role you’ll need to have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering great customer service.

Additionally, you will bring:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar rol e - call centre, reception, retail
- Resilient and adaptable - able to work well under pressure
- Great t ime management and o rganizational s kills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
