As an Oral Care Consultant, you would be part of our dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team. Key responsibilities include: developing and implementing the marketing plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range vision for the brand(s) to increase sales, margin and profitability for the brand(s).
**Job Summary (purpose)**:
The VRP/Customer Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the smooth end to end supply chain process between Colgate-Palmolive & our customers - primarily Countdown & emerging customers. This role will be a key player in building and managing internal & external partnerships to ensure delivery of business plan objectives. This role will leverage joint capabilities and expertise in support of Colgate’s Customer Development & CS&L customer service strategies.
This role will work cross-functionally & closely with customers, Customer Development Team, CS&L & field-sales team.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Fulfill the Vendor Replenishment (VRP) role at Countdown including;
- Ensuring adequate stock levels to meet demand from baseline and promotional needs
- Validate and manage orders against the sales/demand plan to meet revenue and stock on hand targets
- Lead customer collaboration & alignment of businesses internally & externally
- Monitor performance metrics (KPI’s) to understand service and efficiency trends within customers and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with transport carriers, customer DC’s & customer service team to ensure smooth deliveries of orders
- Collaborate with customer to reduce cost to serve while improving in-store stock rates
- Reporting to customers & Customer Development Team on stock issues and resolutions

- Support & unlock efficiencies to broader customers across ANZ to support emerging requirements of the business
- Support CS&L + CDT requirements to meet business needs
- Attend At-Risk meeting & utilise information to support commercial planning
- Cross-functional engagement within CS&L team on efficiency projects
**Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)**
- Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ Retail or Supply FMCG experience preferably with experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to demonstrate quick, flexible and creative thinking, with pragmatic commercial problem solving skills in the face of uncertainty
- Prior experience within a supply chain, customer service or planning related discipline in the retail grocery channel and FMCG environment (highly regarded);
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Confident at challenging the status quo and both influencing and challenging decisions at a senior management level
- A self-starter, capable of working relatively autonomously, who uses his/her initiative and can work independently with little supervision.
- You possess a growth mindset and the ability to connect the dots with a high degree of curiosity.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience working in consumer product goods preferred
- Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred as well as Microsoft Suite
- Strength in data & analytics (Domo, SAP, BI)
