At Nutritional Wellness, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality dairy powder products to our customers. We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Planner to join our team and ensure that our supply chain operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Forecasting & Demand Planning:

- Develop and implement accurate forecast models for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to meet customer supply chain demands.
- Analyze trends in raw material pricing and sales forecasts to make timely purchasing decisions that optimize costs and mitigate risks.
- Balance purchasing strategies with expiration date management and risks like changes in customer formulas.

2. Budget Management:

- Monitor and manage budgets related to raw material procurement, inventory holding, and production costs.
- Ensure all supply chain decisions align with financial goals and provide cost-efficiency while meeting operational needs.

3. Inventory Management:

- Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory, focusing on expiration dates, storage capacity, and environmental conditions.
- Implement effective dispatch planning for finished goods, ensuring timely allocation, channel management, EDEC, and health certification compliance.

4. Procurement & Supplier Management:

- Manage raw material purchasing based on forecast models and customer orders.
- Conduct regular supplier reviews, ensuring competitive pricing, MOQ, logistics costs, and timely delivery.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to balance costs and supply chain requirements.

5. Production Planning:

- Develop and oversee daily production schedules based on raw material availability, customer demands, and workforce capacity.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless production processes.

6. Strategic Supply Chain Development:

- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies, including forecasting, inventory management, procurement planning, and production optimization.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.

7. Customer Relationship Management:

- Work closely with customers to address their supply chain needs, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication about product availability and delivery schedules.

About You:

- Education: Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience at least 3 years in supply chain management, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and inventory control, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Skills:

- Strong analytical skills for developing effective forecast models and managing budgets.
- Expertise in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of raw material procurement, expiration date management, and production scheduling.
