**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced internal audit senior manager to work in our Risk and Assurance team to design an internal audit program to take our assurance maturity to the next level. Reporting to our Head of Internal Audit, you will be primarily responsible for the design and implementation of a more robust internal audit programme for our business. This is an excellent opportunity to share your experience in developing internal audit programmes and demonstrate your ability to influence at the most senior level across our business. You will be able to critically assess and review our existing assurance activities and then recommend and begin implementation of best practice.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be a confident written and verbal communicator (in English) and be able to engage with senior management
- Have extensive experience in developing and implementing assurance and risk frameworks for large organisations
- Have experience in providing advice and expertise to Audit & Risk Committees/Boards and senior management
- Have detailed knowledge of relevant internal audit frameworks and standards
- Hold relevant professional membership, such as The Institute of Internal Auditors
