This is a wide-scoped Internal Audit Manager position, where you’ll be working across the organisation and reporting into the Head of Internal Audit - a great opportunity to progress your career

Although you’ll be part of the wider Internal Audit function, you’ll be responsible for running your own audits across a number of different areas of the business, adding a layer of complexity and challenge to this role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Providing insightful internal audit reviews and reports, that go beyond stating just the facts - instead you’ll need to provide pragmatic solutions that will assist the business in strengthening its controls, managing its risk, and improving productivity.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Contributing to the Audit and Risk Committee packs and participating in the audit function's annual and strategic planning.

**So who are you & what is your profile?**

You will be an experienced risk, external or internal audit professional who has a commercial mindset and can easily adapt to the agile working environment. You need to be comfortable with working autonomously and running your own audits. You’ll have a proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, demonstrating excellent influencing skills.

The key requirements to be successful in this role include:
4 years’ experience in a risk, external or internal audit role, ideally with previous internal audit experience.

Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to deliver insights and add value to your findings.

Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, demonstrating excellent influencing skills.

Be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative.

Financial or accounting qualifications are beneficial.

In return, you’ll be working as part of a small but fun team, receive a salary of $120-150k depending on your experience, plus a number of other benefits, including flexible working.
